Responsible and accountable for the care given to the patient, obtaining and documenting complete medical history and vital signs. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care. Responsible and accountable to know and understand OZHs vision, mission, values, standards, policies and procedures. Current Missouri LPN License BLS.
