We are looking for a reliable, hands-on maintenance technician to perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and property inspections across our short-term rental portfolio. This position plays a critical role in ensuring each property is guest-ready, safe, and maintained to high standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and respond quickly to maintenance issues and guest-related service calls
- Complete preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs when necessary
- Maintain maintenance logs and report completed work
- Ensure properties meet company quality and safety standards
- Assist with offboarding/onboarding property setup as needed
- 2+ years of general maintenance experience (property management or hospitality preferred)
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to urgent issues
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends
