Description

Follow all JSC rules and procedures. Follow all safety policies. Perform 5s activities. Respond to production D/T calls immediately and counter measure effectively. Monitor lines to identify items that may cause downtime. Perform Root cause analysis on top D/T items and implement countermeasures. Monitor lines to ensure countermeasures are effective. Identify needed spare parts. Identify critical spare parts as needed. Perform PM tasks as scheduled. Repair any defects. Identify areas for improvement. Perform Root Cause analysis for any quality related incident and provide countermeasure. Support engineering with new equipment setup trials. Communicate existing equipment failures with Team Leader and Assistant Manager. Support QA during Quality incident investigation and countermeasure. Perform cost reduction activities to reduce overall operating costs.
