LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of professionals. Role Overview As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Responsibilities Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition. Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Deliver quality nursing care to patients knowledgeably and competently. Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements Graduate from an accredited LPN program. Currently licensed/registered in applicable state. Maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment. One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred. CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
