Description Support Project Managers through all phases of project delivery Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Participate in client and project team meetings Help deliver interior renovation and commercial construction projects on schedule and budget Profile A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: 3-5 years of commercial construction experience Experience as a PE, Project Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager Strong organizational and communication skills Desire to advance into a Project Manager role quickly Experience with interiors, renovations, or commercial construction projects Job Offer Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 base salary Defined promotion path to Project Manager within approximately 12 months Annual bonus potential up to 15% plus project completion bonuses Excellent work-life balance and direct exposure to executive leadership If this role aligns with your experience and career goals, apply to be considered.
