Valley View Manor strives to respond to the rights, needs, and concerns of its residents, families, and staff by creating a caring environment in which each person is respected for his or her individuality and treated with kindness, dignity, and respect./ppValley View Manor is currently looking for a PCA looking to be on the fast track to working as a CNA!/ppstrongFAST TRACK OPTIONS:/strong/ppstrongTrack 1/strong : TEST OUT OPTION/ppMany PCAs have the basic knowledge and experience to become a CNA quickly through testing out the written and skills tests needed for their CNA certification./pulliWe will provide the CNA Handbook Skills Handbook needed to study before testing out./liliWe will provide a QA with our team to ask any questions before testing out./liliWe will pay for the CNA test upfront once the test is passed./liliNewly certified CNAs will be able to start immediately facility./li/ulpstrongTrack 2:/strong WORK WHILE YOU LEARN/ppThe Facility will assist PCAs with signing up and paying for a local CNA course. While taking the course, PCAs will be able to work in a CNA role for up to FOUR months while they finish the course and test out./pulliThis option allows PCAs to take the traditional course while making money./liliPCAs will have upfront training in the facility to help them feel comfortable in the new position./liliReal on-the-job experience that will help during the coursework./li/ulpWe are looking forward to hearing from you!
