Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Job Title
As a licensed insurance agent for The James Purcell Insurance Agency Inc., you are helping customers protect their assets: cars, homes, businesses, lifestyle, etc.
This is a hybrid position for sales and service. Base salary is $50k plus commissions. Leads are generated through direct mail, digital marketing, referrals, and existing customers.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter and goal oriented.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Technical skills
- Problem solving skills
- Persuasive
- Coachable
- Licensed in P&C a must
- Licensed in Life & Health a must
- Prior State Farm experience and bi-lingual is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Sell and close policies to new and existing customers
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
