Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Join National Dentex, a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our NDX Heumann location in Topeka, KS. Location : Topeka, KS. Shift : 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production. Performs scheduling function for each case received. Through LIS, enters demographics and customer information. Prints preference notes matching to case. Moves case into production area. Packs and ships completed case for delivery to the customer through local source or national carrier. Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues. Scans paperwork for each case for electronic storage. Answers incoming calls. Responds to all inquiries from customer’s office. Refers all technical inquiries to appropriate team member. Performs all other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Required Data entry and computer skills. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks. Attention to detail. Excellent customer service. Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English. Minimum Education and Experience Required Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated relevant employment experience may be considered in lieu of education. Billing experience preferred. Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used Disinfectant process chemicals. Personal protective equipment as required. Office equipment. Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach. Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions. Good manual dexterity. Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Repeated bending and kneeling. May be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 20 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
