By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Production Support Lead to join our team in Hunt Valley, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).Sr Lead who can Support end users with great customer service and efficient resolution and/or ticket assignmentExtensive experience troubleshooting problems with in Production environment and can remediate it with diligence.Is proficient in writing SQL Queries to interact with Oracle database.Have worked extensively on System Interfaces, Integration with external partners especially File movement, EDI Files and Batch Processing.Good domain knowledge on Health care planExperience with Ticketing Tools like Service Now, BMC Remedy, or SimilarPrior Production Support experience and ensure adherence to Production Support processes himself and by team.Recommend and assist with developing improvements around support processes, tools, standards and the overall performance and level of support provided by the Production Support team.Ensure the team delivers professional, customer focused and high performing service in line with agreed service scope and service levels agreements.Provide support, coaching and mentoring to Support Team members to ensure that all objectives and commitments are fulfilled in line with expectations, agreements and standards.Coordinating with offshore team on daily basis and help team understand the business expectation and requirements.Status tracking and Reporting.
