Salem Care is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team in a healthcare facility focused on long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms and common areas
- Dispose of waste properly following safety standards
- Comply with health and safety regulations in all tasks
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and specialized disinfectants
- Interact courteously with residents and healthcare staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level housekeeping experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
