Checking patients in and out posting treatment in patient ledger. Appointment Management: Scheduling, Confirming, managing an efficient productive schedule. Insurance and Billing: Collection of patient insurance information, filling dental claims, collection of estimated patient portion as well as posting mail, on line, and faxed payments. Calling on un paid claims, AR, Monthly billing Record Management: Maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy. Office Coordination: Managing the front desk reception area, ensuring smooth patient flow between front and clinical areas and handling all administrative tasks.
