Hybrid | Manufacturing | Travel up to 50% throughout North America Flexible Location in one of these areas: Dallas | Atlanta | Tampa | Chicago | Columbus | Cleveland The Opportunity Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to own and evolve its plant recruiting strategy across North America. This is a highly visible role for someone who knows how to build and lead recruiting operations at scale. You’ll oversee high-volume hiring across a network of manufacturing locations, lead a significant RPO partnership, and work closely with HR and Operations leaders to ensure plants have the talent they need to keep their businesses moving. The opportunity goes beyond simply filling roles. This leader will help shape a more centralized, scalable, recruiter-led hiring model, improving how the organization attracts, assesses, hires, and prepares talent for success. What You’ll Lead Plant Recruiting Strategy & Operations Lead the strategy and execution of plant-based recruiting across manufacturing operations in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Build and continuously improve a scalable recruiting model supporting high-volume hourly production and plant-based salaried hiring. Partner with HR, Operations, and Talent Acquisition leaders to anticipate workforce needs and proactively develop hiring capacity. Establish consistent recruiting standards, service expectations, and processes across multiple manufacturing locations. Balance enterprise-wide consistency with the unique talent market needs of individual plants and regions. RPO & Recruiting Team Leadership Own the strategic relationship with a large Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner. Lead vendor governance, performance management, business reviews, operational rhythms, and strategic planning. Provide leadership and direction to a large, distributed recruiting organization that includes recruiting leaders, recruiters, and coordinators. Ensure recruiting resources can flex with seasonal demand, changing production needs, business growth, and staffing fluctuations. Hold partners accountable for results while identifying opportunities to improve quality, speed, candidate experience, productivity, and retention. End-to-End Candidate Experience Oversee the full plant recruiting lifecycle, including workforce planning support, recruitment marketing, candidate attraction, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, pre-employment activities, and pre-boarding. A major focus will be creating a simple, accessible candidate experience that makes it easier for plant talent to move from application through Day One. Stakeholder Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Operations, HR, and Talent Acquisition leaders. Help plant and business leaders translate workforce needs into effective recruiting strategies. Build alignment across multiple locations, businesses, and stakeholder groups. Influence change in a complex, matrixed organization where strong relationships are just as important as strong recruiting expertise. Establish meaningful metrics and dashboards to measure recruiting and vendor performance. Use workforce intelligence and recruiting analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Create accountability through regular governance and business reviews. Continuously look for ways to make recruiting more efficient, scalable, consistent, and effective. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who has operated in a large-scale, multi-site manufacturing recruiting environment and understands the realities of hiring talent for plant operations. Successful candidates will bring: 5+ years of experience leading multi-site manufacturing recruiting operations. Significant experience with high-volume hourly recruiting. Experience supporting recruiting across multiple plants, regions, or business units. Hands-on experience managing an RPO, MSP, or other outsourced recruiting partnership. Strong knowledge of recruiting operations, workforce planning, recruiting technology, and analytics. Experience leading large teams through a combination of direct, indirect, and matrix relationships. A track record of improving recruiting processes and creating greater consistency and operational discipline. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence HR, Operations, and business leaders. Why This Role?
