Per Diem Pharmacy Technician in Roseville, CA

A dynamic opportunity is available for experienced Pharmacy Technicians seeking per diem positions in the greater Sacramento area, including Roseville and nearby locations such as Lodi and Stockton. Responsibilities:

• Perform typical retail pharmacy technician duties, including answering phones, data entry, label printing, filling and dispensing medications.
• Manage cash register operations and handle inventory management and takebacks accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in provided training sessions to familiarize with specific protocols and systems.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting.
• Valid California pharmacy technician license; PTCB certification is preferred if applicable.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to reliably work at least 3-4 days per week, with potential for more hours based on availability.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Location:

• Positions available across multiple sites within the greater Sacramento area, with opportunities to work at locations near Roseville, Lodi, and Stockton.
• Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel exceeding 30 miles from the technician's residence.

Additional Information:

• Immediate start dates are available.
• Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends to provide scheduling flexibility.
• Candidates will receive training to help them acclimate to the client's systems and procedures.
