Für ein innovatives Projekt im industriellen Umfeld wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit gesucht, die die technische Leitung mehrerer Mendix‑Applikationsprojekte übernimmt. Ziel ist es, hochwertige, skalierbare und nutzerzentrierte Business‑Applikationen effizient zu entwickeln und dabei eng mit Fachbereichen zusammenzuarbeiten. Deine Aufgaben: Verantwortung für die technische Ausrichtung und Architektur mehrerer paralleler Mendix‑Projekte Definition und Durchsetzung von Architektur‑ und Entwicklungsstandards (z.B. Domain Models, Modulstrukturen, Security, Integrationen) Sicherstellung der Codequalität sowie Etablierung von Best Practices und wiederverwendbaren Komponenten Technisches Coaching und Onboarding von Entwickler*innen sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams Konzeption und Umsetzung von Integrationslösungen (REST/SOAP APIs, OData, Anbindung an Systeme wie SAP oder Salesforce) Steuerung technischer Schulden sowie Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen Plattform‑Governance Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern, Product Ownern und Stakeholdern zur Abstimmung von Umfang, Aufwand und Risiken Einhaltung von Mendix‑Standards sowie Deployment‑ und Cloud‑Richtlinien Funktion als Eskalationsinstanz bei projektübergreifenden technischen Herausforderungen Dein Profil: Zertifizierung als Mendix Advanced oder Expert Developer Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Design und in der Umsetzung von Enterprise‑Applikationen Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenmodellierung , Software‑Architekturen und Integrationsmustern Erfahrung mit API‑Design und Systemintegrationen (REST, SOAP, OData) Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte verständlich in Business‑Kontext zu übersetzen Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit mehreren Teams und parallelen Projekten Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung im Stakeholder‑Management Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse #J-18808-Ljbffr Coopers Group AG
