Physician Assistant - Critical Care

Nocturnist Critical Care Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Needed for Elliot Health System, Manchester Elliot Health System (EHS) is seeking an Intermediate Care Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Critical Care Service line. The Intermediate Care Unit is a 12-bed closed unit which operates 24/7 under the direction of the Critical Care Service. The position will be part of in‑house overnight critical care service care team triad consisting of 2 advanced practice providers and one board certified intensivist from 1700-0700. Minimum experience: 2‑years in an Acute Care setting Responsibilities: Primary management of patients admitted to the IMC Participation in admissions and transfers to the service and consultative evaluation of patients on other inpatient units as needed and as directed by the team leader/intensivist Participate in nightly team‑based rounds Documentation in the electronic medical record as appropriate Participation/engagement with Critical Care Service QA/QI activities as requested by the Medical Director Location: Nestled along the Merrimack River, Manchester is the largest entertainment, sports, arts and cultural destination in New Hampshire.
