Open Positions Industrial Electricians Requirements Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience in a plant, refinery, petrochemical, or marine environment Proficiency in conduit bending, pulling wire, terminations, and panel work Experience with motor controls, instrumentation, and low/medium voltage systems preferred Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, and schematics Journeyman Electrician license preferred; will consider equivalent verified experience OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Pay & Benefits Competitive pay – based on experience, certifications, and licensure $500 Sign-On Bonus Company-paid lodging for out-of-area hires (first week covered) Per diem available Overtime available – work as many hours as you want Performance and referral bonuses Why Tarpon Specialty Services?
