Office Associate

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 2:00 pm Pay: $19 to $20 per hour About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to support daily office operations in our Sylmar office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing administrative support, handling office communications, and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Greet visitors and assist with general office inquiries Perform accurate data entry and maintain records and databases Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper Assist with document preparation, correspondence, and reports Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Order and maintain office supplies as needed Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Previous office administration, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and customer service mindset Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
