This is an excellent fit for EM-trained physicians or experienced FP/IM physicians with strong emergency department background. Compensation (1099) Board Certified Emergency Medicine $265 per hour Not Board Certified in EM (FP/IM with ED experience) $255 per hour Consistent hourly structure with 12-hour shifts. Schedule 7:00 AM 7:00 PM 7:00 PM 7:00 AM 12-hour shifts Flexible scheduling potential depending on coverage needs. Facility Overview 44-bed acute care hospital 10-bed Emergency Department Level IV Trauma designation 11,000 annual ED visits 31 visits per day 1.2 patients per hour 22% pediatric population EMR: Meditech Patient satisfaction tracked and reported Clinical Environment Admission rate: 6.9% Transfer rate: 6.1% Specialty back-up includes: Hospitalist General Surgery Gastroenterology Cardiology (non-interventional) Orthopedics Podiatry Balanced acuity with reasonable admission and transfer percentages.
