The Jr. Graphic Designer The Jr. Graphic Designer supports the creative team across a roster of artists, providing day-to-day design execution and visual consistency across campaigns. This role focuses on bringing concepts to life efficiently while maintaining brand integrity and attention to detail. What you\'ll do: Designing digital banners for web and retail placements Creating and resizing social assets across platforms Supporting website updates and visual refreshes Building and formatting presentation decks Assisting with packaging layouts and production-ready files Capturing design-specific notes and action items during in-person meetings to ensure seamless follow-through Who you are: The ideal candidate is organized, fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects at once while collaborating closely with senior creatives and cross-functional teams. The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
