Data & Analytics Engineer

This individual partners with both technical and non-technical teams to organize large datasets, automate data flows, and create user-friendly reporting tools. Success in the role requires balancing independent problem-solving with collaborative communication, while maintaining strong attention to data accuracy, accessibility, and long-term maintainability of systems. Design and enhance structured data repositories and reporting layers Develop and maintain automated data ingestion and transformation workflows Write advanced database queries and reusable logic for data preparation Consolidate information from varied systems while validating accuracy and consistency Utilize modern cloud or hybrid data services to manage storage and processing Create visual reports, scorecards, or dashboards aligned with stakeholder needs Collaborate with internal partners to define metrics and reporting definitions Monitor system performance and implement efficiency improvements Maintain documentation for data structures, definitions, and processes Contribute to related projects or cross-functional initiatives as assigned Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, or comparable experience Several years of hands-on experience with databases, reporting, or data engineering tasks Proficiency in SQL and relational data concepts Exposure to at least one major cloud or hosted data platform Understanding of data modeling or schema design principles Experience creating business intelligence reports or visual analytics tools Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize tasks effectively Willingness to complete standard pre-employment screening requirements Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP), operations, or financial systems * Exposure to multiple reporting or visualization platformsWe are seeking a detail-oriented Appeals & Grievance Coordinator to manage and support the review of disputed decisions, ensuring a fair, timely, and compliant process.
