Balance disciplined cost management with strategic expansion and operational scale.Optimize Workforce Strategy - Drive smart labor planning and scheduling to protect profitability, while ensuring service excellence and coverage stability.Build a High-Performance Culture - Create an engaged, accountable team environment that improves employee engagement results year over year. Attract, retain, and motivate top talent while reducing preventable turnover.Protect and Expand Client Relationships - Maintain a minimum 95% annual client retention rate through strong executive presence and structured relationship management. Conduct regular client touchpoints and proactively resolve issues to deepen partnerships and identify growth opportunities.Develop Future Leaders - Recruit and onboard at least one key manager or staff member annually and actively develop internal talent for promotion.
