Physician - Gastroenterology

Our Facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a well-established practice in Longview, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to step into immediate volume, work alongside an experienced advanced GI, and play a key role in expanding a growing program.Opportunity Highlights Practice Type: Mix of inpatient and outpatient Volume: Immediate, established patient base with strong procedural demand Procedures: Bread-and-butter GI with ERCP required (EUS available if desired) Team Structure: Join 1 advanced GI currently performing 350+ cases over a 3-week period and booked ~3 months out Support Staff: Dedicated NP support on both inpatient and outpatient sides, with opportunity to expandIdeal Candidate Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians Comfortable with or willing to perform ERCP Interested in helping build and grow a GI programProgram & Facility Highlights Opportunity to walk into immediate volume with significant unmet demand Affiliated with the largest PCP referral base in the region Full complement of support services, including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, nephrology, and general surgery Ability to manage a broad spectrum of GI cases, including emergencies (e.g., GI bleeds)Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential: $1M+ in year one (base + productivity) Call Pay: Strong additional compensation (up to ~$1,400/day with ERCP) Comprehensive recruitment package including benefits and incentives
