The LEGO Group in Boston is seeking a seasoned Benefits Manager, Retirement & Wellbeing to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of retirement, wellness, and employee benefits across the United States, Canada, and Brazil. You will own the 401(k) program oversight, vendor partnerships, and the evolution of wellness and fringe benefits to reflect LEGO’s culture and values, while partnering with People Ops and external partners to deliver an exceptional employee experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr the LEGO Group
