Data Analyst

Data AnalystProvides support for activities related to data management, learning analytics, and continuous improvement for the College of Education and Human Development. The Data Analyst works directly with the Administrator for Assessment, Accreditation, and Analytics to collect, analyze and interpret data for continuous improvement, develop data dashboards, and complete state and federal reports.Data Management, Analytics, and ReportingMaintain databases and prepare data for analysis.Collect, prepare, analyze, and report assessment and learning outcomes data to accreditors, external agencies, and/or college administration.Develop, test, and maintain Power BI dashboards and similar reports using Power Automate and Power Apps.Creates visuals to communicate effectively on enrollment trends and student performance indicators.Apply learning outcomes and assessment constructs to interpret findings from statistical tests.Work with administrators and staff in the College to prepare accurate data for reports.Provide training to college faculty and staff on data interpretation, dashboard usage, and other tools.Represents and updates the College on committees and meetings related to assessment data.Document workflows and develop user guides.Other duties as assigned.The following Degree is required:Bachelor's DegreeThe following Experience is required:2 years of data managementKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesKnowledge of and experience in statistics and data analysis is required.Intermediate or Advanced experience with Excel. Intermediate level R, Python, and SQL.
