Student Pastor/Director Capshaw Baptist Church

The Student Pastor/Director is a full-time (40 hrs./week) staff position. The central function of this role is to assist in implementing Capshaw Baptist Church’s vision: Treasuring Jesus, Becoming Like Him Together, and Sharing His Gospel. The Student Ministry is an extension and integral part of the larger ministry at Capshaw. The Student Pastor will faithfully develop and lead the systems and structures of this ministry to support multi-generational discipleship in the church and community. Introduction Capshaw Baptist Church is a growing, reformed, gospel-centered church in North Alabama. We are prayerfully seeking a Student Pastor who will shepherd the next generation with theological depth, relational intentionality, and a clear commitment to the authority of Scripture. The Opportunity The Student Pastor will: Provide pastoral leadership to middle, high school, college students, and young adults Teach Scripture faithfully and expositionally Develop and lead a team of volunteers and leaders Build relationships with students and families Create environments for discipleship, evangelism, and community Integrate student ministry into the broader mission of the church This role is both pastoral and missional—requiring a shepherd’s heart and a leader’s vision.
