Field Maintenance Technician
Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to work in the state of Delaware five days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.
This position requires regular travel to our customer sites throughout Delaware. Candidates must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius, including Newark, Bear, Middletown, Smyrna, and Dover cities in DE. Company vehicle, gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Commercial Maintenance Work
- Installing Commercial Shades
- Hanging Medical Curtains
- Installing Curtain Track
- Changing Door Locks
- Replacing Light Bulbs
- Changing Ballasts
- Minor Plumbing Work
- Minor Electrical Work
- Unclogging Toilets
- Hanging Numerous Items on Walls
- Minor Sheetrock Repair
- Patching & Painting
- Assembling office furniture
- Various handyman work
Role Requirements:
- 1 Year maintenance/handyman experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
- Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
- Climb stairs and ladders
