Learn more at Overview**The Operations Manager leads daily plant operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This role drives operational excellence through leadership, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. The position partners cross-functionally to ensure efficient, compliant, and reliable production while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.**Primary Responsibilities*** Lead daily plant operations to meet safety, quality, and production targets* Allocate staffing and resources based on production plans and demand* Implement Lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards* Coach and develop supervisors and production team members* Track and analyze KPIs; implement corrective actions for performance gaps* Partner with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to meet service and cost goals* Manage departmental spending and support inventory and planning activities**Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field* 5+ years of leadership experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment* Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications* Experience leading projects or process improvement initiatives* Authorization to work without employer sponsorship**Preferred Requirements*** Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering* Experience in chemical, industrial, or process manufacturing* Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems* Experience with KPI reporting, cost analysis, and data-driven decision-making#LI-LK1Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $115,000-$140,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
