Job Title: Production Associate

Looking for a stable job with consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and room to grow? We are hiring Production Associates for manufacturing and food production facilities. No specialized experience required for many openings. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

• Operate production and packaging equipment
• Assemble, inspect, and package products
• Load materials and supplies into machinery
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Assist with general production duties as needed

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly, or machine operation experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities may be available

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lena, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
