The role will be centered on providing analytical support in broad capital structure and financial risk management topics as well as international liquidity, investments and global bank account management. The ideal candidate will possess understanding of corporate finance, a solid analytic background to identify process improvement opportunities and excellent communication skills to implement recommendations across the Company's business units globally.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide analytic support for capital structure related activities such as debt issuance and share repurchasesAdminister inter company loans portfolio and manage inter company FX hedging programProvide analytical support for Board, Rating Agency and management presentationsAnalyze pension benefits and 401(k) investment performance, and provide analytical support for benefits investment managementManage cross-currency international cash pools and global liquiditySupport the optimal investment of offshore cashSupport Accounting and Planning processes by providing exchange rate and other economic informationSupport Treasury workstation initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of corporate finance or banking experienceSolid understanding of corporate financeInternational treasury experience preferred but not requiredAdvanced Excel requiredDetail oriented with solid organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain relationships with business units globally
