About the Role
Our firm is partnering with a global leader in advanced materials, healthcare innovation, and technology-driven manufacturing to identify a Supply Chain Analyst. This organization operates in a highly regulated, international environment and is committed to delivering efficient, compliant, and scalable supply chain solutions across global markets. This role will play a key part in supporting export operations, trade compliance, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced supply chain environment. Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for supporting global trade operations with a focus on export processes, compliance, and system accuracy. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information across international markets while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Maintain and monitor transactions within SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)
• Support export self-filing processes and ensure accurate transactional recordkeeping
• Manage the flow of information between internal systems and external partners (e.g., freight forwarders, ERP systems, U.S. Census reporting)
• Coordinate with trade compliance, transportation, and other export-related stakeholders
• Partner with internal teams to provide guidance on export and global trade requirements
• Assist with additional trade operations and transportation-related responsibilities as needed

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Experience with export controls or trade compliance functions
• Working knowledge of global trade operations and export processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transactional data accurately
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and external partners
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) or similar systems
• Familiarity with U.S. export regulations and reporting requirements (e.g., AES, Census filings)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, healthcare, or regulated industry environment
• Exposure to ERP systems and logistics or transportation coordination processes
