We're Looking for You This is a sales role. As a Longevity Guide, you own the patient sales journey at your Mantality clinic from generating leads out in the community, through consult and ROF (Report of Findings), to treatment conversion and long-term retention. You work with urgency, build trust, and close, because your results directly drive clinic revenue and patients' health outcomes. You report to the Longevity Experience Manager (Clinic Manager), who sets your targets and coaches you day to day, and you get sales training and strategy from our VP of Sales.

What You'll Do

• Sales Execution & Patient Consultations
• Run new patient consults and ROFs, presenting treatment plans with confidence and urgency.
• Handle objections and close patients into treatment, bundled services, and memberships.
• Hit monthly targets for consults, ROFs, conversions, and net patient adds.

• Community Outreach & Lead Generation
• Spend about 5 hours each week in the community generating new patient leads at gyms, local businesses, employers, and community events.
• Build a local referral network (fitness centers, chiropractors, sports clubs, employer partners) that drives a steady flow of consults.
• Book consults on the spot and log every lead and outreach activity in the CRM the same day.

• Retention, Referrals & Reviews
• Grow patient lifetime value by educating patients on expanded services and in-office promotions.
• Enroll patients in loyalty and referral programs and ask satisfied patients for Google and Facebook reviews.

• Pipeline & CRM Discipline
• Update the patient funnel in the CRM daily and ensure clean handoffs to the Patient Coordinator.
• Keep accurate notes and follow-ups so no lead or patient falls through the cracks.

What You Have

• 12+ years in sales, ideally consultative or commission-based (healthcare, wellness, fitness, med spa, or similar).
• A track record of hitting or beating targets; comfortable prospecting, networking, and asking for the close.
• Confident, energetic communicator in the clinic and out in the community.
• Organized and coachable; CRM experience required (HubSpot a plus).
• Knowledge of hormone therapy or wellness treatments is a plus we'll train you on the rest.
• Reliable transportation for local community outreach.

Measures of Success

• Consult completion rate: 75%+ monthly
• ROF completion rate: 95%+ monthly
• Net patient adds vs. goal
• % of patients on bundled services
• # of referral packages
• New leads and consults generated from community outreach

What We Offer

• $55,000 base salary + monthly bonus commission tied to patient and clinic revenue targets = OTE $70,000 - $80,000+
