Manager of Internal Communications

To enhance employee engagement and support company initiatives, the full-time Manager of Internal Communications will develop content strategies, manage internal communications execution, and maintain the communications calendar in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain content strategies that promote recognition programs and connect employees to the company's mission and values Own the execution of internal communications across various platforms, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives Manage the company intranet, including editorial planning and content quality control, while consulting with teams on messaging best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or equivalent experience 3+ years of professional experience in internal communications or corporate communications Experience managing vendor relationships and communication tools/platforms Proven ability to write and edit engaging content in various styles and formats Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach across in-person and virtual settings
