Material Handler II

Based in Houston, TX, you will join our Production Support team to manage critical supply chain operations and goods movement. By ensuring materials are accurately tracked, prepared, and delivered, you will directly support the seamless manufacture of life-changing therapies within a highly regulated cGMP environment.

This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:

• Manage and maintain critical stock levels, ensuring production teams have the daily supplies required for seamless operations.

• Operate GMP Autoclave equipment to safely prepare and sterilize supplies and documents needed for active production.

• Execute physical material transfers and decontamination processes, carefully managing the flow of materials from controlled non-classified (CNC) spaces into classified production suites.

• Perform and accurately record a variety of material movement transactions in SAP, strictly adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and SOPs.

• Work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-3-2 schedule (following initial training), maintaining a strict "Safety First" mindset at all times.

• Complete cross-training on specialized operational equipment to broaden your understanding of the site's complete supply chain lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Prior hands-on experience working in a clean room environment and operating autoclaving equipment is highly preferred.

• Previous exposure to SAP system transactions for tracking inventory and material movements is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) environments and a strong understanding of regulatory documentation standards.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical production deadlines.

• A collaborative team player with clear verbal and written communication skills, plus basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
