Site Civil Engineer

I’m working with a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Project Civil Engineer / Project Manager in their Miami or Fort Lauderdale offices.
The role will involve:
- Leading land development and infrastructure projects from planning through permitting and construction documents
- Managing site layout, grading, drainage, utilities and erosion control design
- Overseeing project budgets, schedules and client communication
- Preparing proposals, technical reports and specifications
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team growth
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer license
- 6+ years of site/civil land development experience
- Knowledge of South Florida permitting and land-use regulations
- Strong project management, client-facing and leadership skills
- Experience delivering multidisciplinary projects from concept through completion
