Customer Service Manager - 2369Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager include, but are not limited to:Profit and loss of the facilitySupervision of the inside sales teamRespond to customer inquiries regarding products and servicesPrepare price quotesSource productsSupport outside sales teamQualifications of the Customer Service Manager include, but are not limited to:3-5 years of experience working with industrial distribution of safety products3 years of management experienceTeam player with strong people skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMS Outlook, basic Excel and ERP software experienceMust be self-motivatedEffective and proven team leaderAdditional Information: Physical Demand: N/A Training/Certifications: N/A Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Travel: N/A Education: High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferredDXP offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time regular employees, normally working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, and additional supplemental benefits. All employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan.Salary is commensurate with experience.
