Senior Implementation Manager - Accounting AI (New York City Metropolitan Area)

Your role

You will help leading accounting firms implement and adopt an AI platform. You will own the full customer journey, from contract signing through launch, training, and ongoing adoption.

What you’ll do

• Lead customer implementations from start to finish.
• Manage pilots, launches, training, and adoption.
• Run workshops for accounting teams.
• Turn customer goals into practical workflows.
• Act as the main contact for each customer.
• Keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
• Write clear project plans, updates, and documentation.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering.
• Build repeatable processes as the company grows.

What we’re looking for

• 6-9 years of relevant experience of owning enterprise software implementations from start to finish.
• Experience at a startup or mid-stage company.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, BlackLine, FloQast, or similar accounting tools.
• A strong accounting background or CPA designation.

Fulltime, on site 5 days a week in Flatiron, NYC

• The salary range is $175,000-$200,000 , plus equity.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
