About Us
We're a boutique CPA firm based out of San Diego delivering comprehensive tax strategies for individuals, businesses, corporations, estates, and trusts. We're scaling fast and need a sharp Senior Tax Accountant to drive tax services for our diverse client base. Flexible work options available - in-person, hybrid, or fully remote.
Job Duties
- Develop and execute tax planning strategies for clients across all business structures
- Prepare and file tax returns ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Conduct audits and manage tax controversy matters
- Identify tax savings opportunities and deliver strategic solutions
- Work directly with clients to understand goals and provide tailored tax guidance
What You Need
- Strong expertise in tax planning, tax compliance, and tax preparation
- Experience with tax controversy and solid understanding of tax law
- Proficiency in tax software and accounting tools (CCH Axcess Tax / ProSystem fx Tax is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
