You will work with the General Manager to guide the crew, keep operations smooth, and drive sales. Training is provided for various roles, offering advancement opportunities. This role offers leadership experience and career growth. How You Will Drive Success Work directly with the General Manager to ensure revenue growth and service quality. Coach and execute excellent customer service, creating an exceptional guest experience. Lead by example, building team engagement and efficiency. Develop teammates through internal training and ongoing coaching. Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently. Execute duties and projects such as inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and support District Manager on critical initiatives. Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls. Provide clear direction to the team consistently. Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per Guide to Excellence. Offer guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and CSAs. Perform opening and closing duties when the General Manager is absent. Help build and maintain an engaged workforce aligned with business needs. Lead daily team huddles and store meetings. Set direction for achieving business goals. Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs. Adhere to rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Assist guests with questions and needs via in‑person, electronic, or telephone. Under the Hood – What You’ll Need 1–3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience not required. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proven leadership ability to inspire diverse groups. Sound business sense and understanding of retail industry. Financial analysis skills to recommend objectives that increase sales and service results. Positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct and appearance. Energy for a fast‑paced, flexible, high‑performance retail environment. “Guest First” mindset. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and manuals. Physical ability to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds. Work in environment with hot/cold temperatures, noise, and exhaust fumes. Perform all other duties as assigned.
