In this role, you’ll perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on equipment, facilities, and grounds to keep operations running safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in maintaining equipment and facilities, and can work independently when needed. What You’ll Do Maintenance & Repair Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance with minimal supervision Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, filter changes, and cleaning Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and transportation systems Learn and follow the company’s preventive maintenance program Recommend spare parts and preventative maintenance improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency Facilities & Grounds Perform outdoor maintenance work year‑round, including snow removal, concrete patching, and vehicle cleaning Support general building and facility upkeep as needed Vendor & Contractor Support Coordinate with outside service providers and contractors Obtain estimates and support cost‑effective maintenance solutions Assist with the execution and completion of contracted work Safety & Compliance Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture Assist with safety initiatives across the facility Participate on the Safety Committee Develop working knowledge of fire suppression and security systems Perform other duties, projects, and maintenance tasks as assigned. What You Bring Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and transportation systems Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Basic reading, writing, and math skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and troubleshooting guides Experience with CNC mills and lathes Experience with control systems and 3‑phase electrical power Working knowledge of HVAC systems Forklift and scissor lift experience Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, grasp, and climb throughout the workday Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work at heights using ladders and platforms Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands, arms, and tools Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons, including inclement weather Visual and manual dexterity required to safely perform maintenance and repairs Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Pre-Employment Requirements All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and pre‑employment drug screening.
