Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

Position Summary

The Production Associate supports the Production team in the execution and delivery of high-quality, on-time apparel products. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day production activities, maintaining communication with overseas factories and vendors, tracking production milestones, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while collaborating cross-functionally with Product Development, Design, Sales, Operations, and Production teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with daily communication and follow-up with overseas factories and vendors regarding production status, approvals, and timelines
• Support production tracking from development through final delivery to ensure on-time execution
• Maintain and update work-in-progress (WIP) reports, production trackers, and related documentation
• Monitor Time and Action (T&A) calendars to ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved
• Track sample status and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
• Assist in identifying and resolving production-related issues, escalating risks when appropriate
• Support costing updates and maintain accurate production documentation
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Design, Sales, Operations, and Sourcing teams to facilitate successful product launches
• Ensure production records, files, and documentation are accurate and well organized
• Monitor factory compliance with production requirements, specifications, and delivery timelines
• Participate in weekly production meetings and provide updates on assigned programs
• Update production tech packs and related documentation using Adobe Illustrator as needed
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Complete additional projects and assignments as directed by department leadership

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in apparel production, preferably within intimates, sleepwear, loungewear, or related categories
• Strong understanding of production workflows, calendars, and manufacturing processes
• Experience communicating directly with overseas vendors and factories
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and Adobe Illustrator for tech pack revisions
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the intimates or sleepwear categories
• Familiarity with production documentation, WIP management, and T&A calendars
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a consumer products or apparel environment
• Knowledge of garment construction and production processes
• Experience working with licensed brands is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
• Ability to review garment samples, production materials, and technical documentation
• Ability to occasionally lift and move sample products and materials up to 25 pounds
