We are seeking a skilled General Dentist/Pediatric Dentist to join a busy, patient-focused practice in Dayton, TX. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collaborative environment with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general and pediatric dentistry services, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Perform restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive care procedures for patients of all ages, including children
- Communicate treatment options and recommendations clearly to patients and parents
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and laboratory partners to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Experience: 5+ years of clinical experience as a General Dentist and/or Pediatric Dentist
- Active Texas dental license required
- Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general and pediatric dentistry procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
