Tech Ops Manager (Marketing Operations)

Own the technical foundation behind enterprise ABM programs, from first onboarding to day-to-day orchestration. Ignitium is hiring a TechOps Manager to lead technical onboarding for new enterprise clients and provide ongoing marketing operations support across our tech stack, including Demandbase, 6sense, Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Marketo, and GA4. This is a high-impact role focused on scalable implementations, operational excellence, and long-term client success. About Ignitium Ignitium is the Enterprise ABM Agency. We orchestrate the GTM tech stack our clients already own, integrating intent signals, ABM platforms, CRM, and activation channels into one coordinated revenue system. We partner with leading revenue teams at companies like Verizon, Sage, and IBM to deliver measurable, board-defensible pipeline. What You'll Do Own the full onboarding lifecycle for new clients, from technical discovery through platform go-live Manage onboarding timelines, scope, deliverables, and client communication Configure and QA the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 Provide day-to-day technical support: triage client-reported issues, troubleshoot integrations and data syncs, and manage vendor escalations Partner cross-functionally with Client Ops, GTM, and Product teams to align implementations with campaign strategy and reporting needs Build, document, and improve onboarding SOPs and scalable workflows Lead client kickoff and enablement sessions, translating technical setup into clear business value Ensure clean handoffs to Client Success with documented configurations, data mappings, and tracking implementations Mentor TechOps managers and specialists as we scale delivery What You Bring 7+ years in marketing operations, RevOps, technical onboarding, or systems implementation 3+ years hands-on with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo) Strong understanding of CRM and MAP architecture: lead routing, lifecycle stages, field mapping, data models, and reporting Experience configuring and troubleshooting integrations across CRM, MAP, ABM, analytics, and sales engagement platforms Working knowledge of APIs, data sync, ETL, and automation tools like Workato or Zapier Strong project management skills across multiple simultaneous client implementations Excellent client-facing communication, with the ability to turn technical concepts into clear recommendations Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies Why Ignitium Work in-person with a collaborative, high-performing team Beautiful Spokane office with incredible views and a stocked kitchen Exposure to cutting-edge ABX, AI, and enterprise marketing technologies Opportunity to shape TechOps delivery at a fast-growing company Strong career growth into senior leadership roles #J-18808-Ljbffr Ignitium: ABX Orchestration
