Senior Rehabilitative Therapist

RiseWell Community Services is hiring a Full Time Senior Rehabilitative Therapist to provide individual and group therapy within our PROS program. Responsibilities Act as the senior member of the rehabilitation therapist team. Provide therapeutic groups and individual interventions to assist members in growth and recovery. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team. Complete all required documentation within a 48‑hour period and comply with program and OMH regulations. Qualifications Masters in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling or related field. NYS licensed preferred. A valid and clean NY State driver license, fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
