This is a full‑time position operating on a 9/80 schedule. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing programs from initiation through completion, overseeing key activities such as resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and overall program performance. General Profile Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field Uses advanced techniques, theories, and processes to complete work Leads others to solve complex problems Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations May lead functional teams or projects Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment Essential Functions Has P&L responsibilities for specific program(s) Participates in all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance. Liaises with functional departments throughout the organization and tracks utilization to ensure milestones are completed on time or in accordance with established standards. Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics. Ensures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations. Provides reports and updates to senior management or other stakeholders. Required Qualifications Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree Discipline/Major: Business degree preferred Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills, ability to build collaborative relationships, detail oriented, ability to meet deadlines, project management skills. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Requires regular movement throughout GD‑OTS facilities. Travel Requirements Up to 25% travel likely. Pay Range (USD) $136,000-184,000 PTO, Holiday, and Family Leave Employees will receive 11 paid holidays and 120 hours of PTO annually and up to 3 weeks paid family leave.
