The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in data analysis and visualization using tools, while also acquiring expertise in Palantir Foundry platforms. Databricks experience is required.Key Duties & Responsibilities* Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights and recommendations to support the DOW’s contract’s objectives.* Utilize Tableau and Foundry applications, including Contour and Quiver, to create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate decision-making processes.* Familiarity with the Foundry instance within the War Data Platform and Palantir Foundry platforms, collaborating with team members who possess experience in these systems.* Work with different data sources, ensuring data is accurately collected, transformed, and loaded for analysis.* Clean and preprocess data to eliminate inconsistencies, errors, and outliers.* Employ statistical techniques to interpret and validate data trends, patterns, and anomalies.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver insights that support the contract’s objectives.* Prepare and deliver reports and presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.* Adhere to data security and privacy protocols, including Palantir’s privacy and civil liberty (PCL) principles, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.Relevant Skills & Experience* Proven experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Palantir Foundry applications such as Contour, Quiver, and Object Explorer.* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data.* Familiarity with big data platforms (e.g., Databricks); familiarity with Palantir Foundry’s data integration and ontology (data model) capabilities is a plus.* Relevant experience in data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis.* Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data-related challenges.* Ability to obtain an U.S. Government Security ClearanceTravelUp to 10% travel, depending on environment cutovers, stakeholder design sessions, and validation/test events.### Education* Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems.* Palantir Foundry Data Analyst Certification is a plus.### What We OfferNavaide is committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking workplace where our team members can thrive.
