In this role, you'll champion operational efficiency, elevate team performance, and create memorable stays that keep guests coming back.Who You Are:Empowering Leader: You motivate and mentor with confidence, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountabilityGuest Experience Champion: You anticipate needs and deliver personalized service that exceeds expectationsStrategic Thinker: You approach challenges with insight and creativity, balancing guest satisfaction with business goalsClear Communicator: You engage with clarity and professionalism across all levels—guests, team members, and leadershipAgile Problem Solver: You thrive in fast-paced environments, making sound decisions under pressureVeterans and military spouses are encouraged to applyWhat You'll Do:Lead and mentor Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping teams, creating a positive and high-performing work environmentOversee daily operations of rooms-related departments, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standardsMonitor guest feedback and satisfaction scores; address concerns promptly and effectivelyImplement initiatives to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiencyManage departmental budgets, forecasts, and labor costs to optimize profitabilityCollaborate with Revenue Management to set competitive room rates based on market trendsPartner with Sales and Conference teams to fulfill special requests and event needsDrive training programs that elevate service standards and operational proficiencyAnalyze performance metrics and hold managers accountable for resultsCoordinate hotel participation in marketing initiatives and promotionsFoster strong interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth operationsRegular attendance in conformance with standardsMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needsRequired to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetingsPerform other duties as assignedYour Qualifications Include:Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or relevant work experience requiredMinimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least four (4) years in a leadership roleExperience of hotel management software and systems, preferred Opera SystemMaster's degree in hospitality management preferredKnowledge of strategic planning and executing operation improvements preferredKnowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a hotel settingAbility to stand for long periods of time requiredAbility to work weekends, evening, holidays as necessary/requiredWho You'll Supervise:Front Office TeamGuest Services TeamHousekeeping TeamSalary range for this position, based on experience, is $96,000.00 to $120,000.00.This position is eligible for a performance-based incentive program.
