• Float Requirements: will float between the adult and geriatric behavioral health units.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 12 geriatric beds 24 adult beds
• Patient Ratios: 1:6
• EHR: Cerner

• Patient Population Adult and Geriatric

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 3+ years of experience in the acute behavioral health setting. Expertise in crisis stabilization including verbal de-escalation and emergency physical intervention skills. Cerner experience. Active RN license. 
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Milieu management utilizing the therapeutic milieu model.
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: MDD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, SUD, Dementia
• Personality Fit: High energy, team player, with a positive attitude.

• Required Education: Associate degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing
