Location: Houston, TX 77060 Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:30 PM (Overtime and weekends as needed) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview: Seeking a dependable Install Helper to assist with the installation, assembly, and repair of industrial equipment. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone looking to start a career in the mechanical or industrial trades.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with equipment installation and mechanical assembly.
• Support technicians during field installations and repair of cranes.
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
• Use basic hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and work instructions.
• Be comfortable working at heights (up to approximately two stories) and using appropriate fall protection and safety equipment when required.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Previous construction, mechanical, or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
