Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and maintaining accurate medical records
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition, reporting any concerns or issues to the nursing staff and physicians
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and satisfaction for our residents
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
