Salary: $60,000-$130,000 + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Full Benefits About the Company:
A major provider of community-based oncology services, this organization is committed to bringing high-quality, evidence-based cancer care to local communities. With a strong focus on advanced technology, patient support, and accessible treatment, they serve a large percentage of cancer patients across Texas and surrounding regions. Role Overview:
Deliver accurate and safe radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a radiation oncologist and chief therapist. Responsibilities include setting up and positioning patients, administering prescribed doses, documenting treatment parameters, assisting with mold fabrication and MU calculations, and ensuring a clean and safe treatment environment. This role also involves supporting new staff and students as part of a collaborative clinical team. Key Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program
• ARRT certified in Radiation Therapy
• Valid Texas license in radiation therapy
• Experience with treatment planning systems and electronic medical records Ideal Candidate:

• Compassionate and patient-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a busy clinical environment and supporting team education
